For those who still visit here and for those who haven't already heard, next year the Year 5s and Year 6s are going to use the American homeroom system for school.
Disclaimer: This is only what I've heard, don't know if it's true?
In case you don't know what that is, it means that we are based in a homeroom (that is our class) at the start of the day, then as the day progresses we go from class to class according to whichever lesson we are taking. So there'll be a room for Bio class, a room for Maths, etc etc. So we might also be grouped into classes not based on our combis, but randomly.
The reason for this is lack of classrooms, which is logical.
I feel this way it makes class bonding near impossible (not to mention making school a chance for exercise between classes), but on the bright side we'd get to see 4ions a little more often, maybe! heh.
